Welcome to Harvey & Martin, one of the premier small Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firms in New England. With Massachusetts offices in North Andover and Gloucester, and a New Hampshire office in Plymouth, NH, Harvey & Martin provides more than just accounting, attestation, and tax preparation services. We specialize in providing innovative tax and financial planning and consulting services to privately-held companies, family owned businesses, and high net worth individuals.

The firm partners are Kathleen P. Melia, Bernie Hoar, and Jodi Anselmo and was founded by Richard G. Harvey (deceased) and James A. Martin, Jr. (of counsel), along with John Mazzapica (deceased).
